All orders are shipped from our facility in Fullerton, California, United States.
Where we ship to
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
After processing, delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from order placement.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous United States. There are no handling fees.
Carriers
We ship with established, trackable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order is selected based on your delivery address, package size, and service availability. You will receive a carrier name and tracking number by email once your order ships.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided by email when your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@twentyonepilotsoffer.com.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly first. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at info@twentyonepilotsoffer.com and we will assist where we reasonably can.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment due to address errors.
