All prices are listed in and all transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) .
When you are charged
When you place an order, your payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold for the order amount. This is not a charge. The final charge is completed when your order is processed for shipment. If your order is canceled, the authorization hold is released by your payment provider, typically within 3–5 business days.
No surcharges
We do not charge any surcharge, convenience fee, or additional fee for using Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. The price you see at checkout is the total amount you pay, including shipping (which is free).
Payment security
Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment processors using industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment card information is handled directly by our payment processors.
Failed payments
If your payment fails or is declined, your order may be placed on hold or canceled. We will contact you at the email address provided at checkout to resolve the issue.
Currency conversion
If your card issuer or PayPal applies a currency conversion fee because your account is denominated in a currency other than USD, that fee is charged by your provider, not by us.
